Roast Turkey
I feel like I hardly need to mention how to make a turkey but it's always fun to see how others make their turkeys and maybe you've never roasted a turkey. Well this is my method. This is a no fail way to make a tender, juicy turkey. No basting or watching just prepare and place in oven till cooked.
I always use Reynolds turkey bags. They are so easy and they keep the juices in the bag making for a juicy turkey, which is what we're all after!
Roast Turkey
Heat oven to 350 and follow directions in box for the cooking time for your size turkey.
Pull the neck and the giblets out of the turkey and stuff cavity of the bird with stuffing if desired. Coat thawed turkey with butter or olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the buttered turkey. Bake as directed. Save the juice in the bag for making gravy. Get the recipe
